On Sunday 16 October we went  on an exciting trip to the Karkonosze National Park. We started at 7:15 so we were a little bit tired but with a good attitude.

The weather was a challenge. Foggy and snowy. For some of us the way up by ski lift was scary but good fun. It's a pity we couldn't see the whole view because of the fog but the pieces of scenery we saw  were unbelievable.

We didn't expect the snow on the top so it was a real surprise. Then we had a long walk. The snow, a low temperature and rain didn't discourage us fro being positive.  During the way up  we could admire incredible landscapes. We stopped in a few shelters just to warm ourselves up  and eat some cake. Samotnia Refuge  is one of the oldest in Poland. The view at the pond and its mountain wall on a clear day is spectacular.

On our descent we visited  the old and beautiful Norwegian protestant church called Wang Temple dating from the 13th century.  Our trip was out of this world  and I think everyone will remember it for a long time.
